Hi can you help me further in my investigation i'am trying to find out if i/we have to pay a non-residential tax / fee plus a non-residential authorisat charges  that is what it says on our bank statement which is paid every two years the bank told us that it's something to do being registered with the police ? but as we are unlikely to be able to retune to spain for the foreseeable future because of disabilities do we have to contact the police station in Crevillente to tell them before we close our bank account or just stop paying it anyway ? if we have to contact the police station would anybody know a contact number for them please any help would greatly appreciated.
