The only part of the Elche store open to the public was where they put the Christmas decorations and other seasonal goods, just inside the door and then in a thin corridor at the tills towards the gardening section where the barrier was up. There are barriers to stop anyone getting in to the aisles all along there.. I didn't look to see what was available there but there wasn't much.
If you note down the product numbers then staff will go to get it for you. If when it arrives it doesn't suit you can always refuse it or ask them if they could bring a small selection for you to choose from. They still had people at individual departments such as kitchens, ceramics and wood so it may be possible to get someone from the relevant department to come to the barrier.
It wasn't busy and there seemed to be plenty of staff about.
