Hi. Could anyone give me info on the properties for sale in calle almoradi in daya nueva. I think they are bank sales. They are cheap. But im not sure why? Agents not answering my questions.
If the agents are not answering your questions, I think I would loose interest right away and look for something else. Things are not as straight forward in Spain, as they are back home. You can land in trouble before hou know it.

Thats what im thinking too. They did ring me when i sent for more info and i have a viewing arranged but when i email for more info they dont reply.
I might try a different agent.
I have bought in spain before and know its frought with problems.
Just wondering ig anyone could give me info on these apartments and the area

I have a property on Residentia Natalia at the bottom of Avenue Almoradi there are some apartments for sale pretty cheap but the properties are nice they surround lovely pool.
If you put in properties for sale in Daya Nueva on any serach engine you should get a full picture of what is available.

Avenida Almoradi offers mostly apartments and townhouses. Some of the apartments are bank owned as I live in a block where there are 3 or 4 bank owned properties which have been for sale for many years.
The real plus point of being on Avenida Almoradi are the fantastic views towards the mountains..the view from my roof top solarium is probably one of the best in the village and only a 5 to 10 minute walk from the village centre.
