Just wondering is there any advice out there on Daya Nueva as a location to purchase a retirement property, we are an Irish couple in our late 50s.
Looking at a property there at the moment.
Any advice appreciated!

Take your time. Nothjing is what it looks like at first sight. Many footraps. Many illegal buildings and hidden defects. Do not pay anything upfront (reservation fees etc). that money is gone, Before signing anyhting be sure you know what it is. Perhaps rent something during the winter months.Much more to bear in mind, too extensive to detail here.
