Hi I live in Daya Nueva and I am looking for a plumber to help me fix a water boiler. If anyone can help I would appreciate it. Thanks

As I see it, there is s little o-ring needing to be replaced to stop the leak. All you needis a wrench. Get the o-ring from any better "Ferreteria" and save a bunch.

Thank you for your reply but I don't feel confident enough to try and fix it myself as it is only a new boiler. I think the chap that installed the boiler turned the nut to much and broke a tread or something in what you call the  o-ring.

Can't you ask the same chap to come back and fix it?

Looks to me like the red bit has been put on cross-threaded, so the flat rubber washer inside is not seated properly.  Tightening it won't help.  The boiler needs to be drained down, take it off and put it back on straight.  May not be possible as it's plastic so you might need a new one. Better still would be to replace the flexible hose with one that has the correct thread to suit the boiler thread, so you don't need the red plastic bit.

Thanks for all the help and information Gordon, I have been lucky and the local hardware store passed me onto a chap that has just come and fixed it. He replaced the red part and put on a new one.  All systems are a go again 😀

You do need to replace the plastic  fitting this is the brake fitting with stops electro corrosion. Little knowledge  is dangerous. You cannot connect a brass fitting director a steel pipe.
