New property rental Laws for Spain that affects Daya Vieja
Hello everyone,
All properties that are rented out, long term and short term holiday lets will soon need to be registered by law.
This law will no doubt eventually cover the whole of the rental market in Spain and the Valencian community is now coming into line with other areas but for those who own properties that they rent out, it may be wise to register now.
If unsure about this law for your area, ask in your local town hall (Ayuntamiento) for further clarification.
