Property wanted to buy: 2 bed 2 bath property with use of pool near amenities in a place like Denia, Javea, Altea, Moraira - looking for advice
We are coming over for a week’s visit to look around the area with a view to buying a holiday home in the near future. We haven’t been to this area before so really we’re trying to see where we like etc. We usually like places with an old town, a bit of character, weekly market, and with a beach or harbour close by. A huge built up kind of Blackpool place is not what we’re looking for. Any advice would be most appreciated. We’re hiring a car and going to base ourselves possibly in the Moraira/Calpe area. I’ve been looking at numerous sites and properties online but find it a bit overwhelming with all the different agencies. Do we contact individual agencies about particular properties or do the agents have the ability to link us with any property even if we’ve seen it on another agency list? Sorry for sounding so clueless! As I said, any hints or tips will be gratefully received!!
