Can anyone recommend: Mobile welder

Can anyone recommend a “Reliable” mobile welder or person who can cut metal and concrete new section in the ground. Not a massive job but have been let down by 5 different people who couldn’t be bothered to even turn up and have a look despite promising. Don’t quite understand this attitude? However have only been here a few months so maybe that’s normal? I’m in Denia.
