Can anyone recommend: Roller shutter repair

Hi
I have a roller shutter over my garage which is playing up, not sure if it's motor or rails or both. Is there anyone out there that can take a look and help please
Also, I have acquired a patio door which is not the same quality as UK/German patio doors and difficult to lock for security during night or from outside if I go out, anyone out there got any ideas or solution without having to replace the whole unit just to lock??
