Unfortunately Dream Hills isn't a very connected area, a smattering of bars etc and Aldi supermarket.
It would take app 15mins to walk to Via Park 3 centro commercial, this is mainly bars/restaurants and a pharmacy.

As for the walk to the nearest beach, which is Punta Prima, maybe 50/60 mins walk but this beach is tiny, alongside the Nautilus restaurant which is a nice place to sit for a drink.
The next main beach would be Playa Flamenca and you wouldn't want to do that walk on a regular basis in the heat.
Although you may have seen a property you like I can assure you there are hundreds for sale in the area, maybe consider other areas such as La Florida and Playa Flamenca which are much more connected and walkable to amenities but still a good walk to the beach.
If walking to the beach is high on the list of your priorities you would be better located nearer to the main N332 road area, from this road there are roads off it to all the beaches in the area but be aware that property on the sea side of the N332 is more expensive.
All the above is making the assumption that you haven't actually placed a deposit on the property in Dream Hills ?

Dream Hills has a number of shops, cafes, bars and supermarkets nearby . I would say it’s only half an hour walk to Punta Prima, which is the nearest beach. Then you can walk either way along the sea to little bays, cafes, bars. You need to explore the area before you decide if it’s right for you.
