Hi
Yes there are lots of ex pats in and around El Campello
It is a fantastic spot in our opinion you have Alicante 30 mins away and Benidorm same the other way
Also the tram that runs from Alicante right up to Denia ( last bit by coach) and every stop in between is a lovely different resort
The tram is so cheap easy to use tram stop also in Campelo
We have a holiday home in village of Aigues just up the the mountain 10 mins away from Campello
Best thing is to spend as much time around the resort and exploring and see if it’s going to be for you before you buy
Good luck

Hi,
Thank you for your reply and all the useful info, we are hoping to rent out the property that we buy sometimes throughout the year, do you know if there is a demand for this?
Many thanks
Bridget
Hi
Yes I’m sure there would be particularly in high season however a licence must be obtained and incomes declared not always straight forward

Hi Bridget
Not sure if you use Facebook, but there is a company called https://www.facebook.com/katiesrental/
She can advise you about renting out your property. There are a few ex Pats around El Campello, but its still mainly Spanish that holiday there in August. We live in a village called Busot about 7km away, where there is a good expats community.
Regards

Hi, we have been living 2 minutes outside El Campello for a year and a half, we absolutely love it here. It is a very Spanish town but also has a lot of foreigners, if you have Facebook check out expats ladies of El Campello, there are a few hundred members and is run by a wonderful lady called Martine. They arrange (but obviously not at this time) meet ups, coffee days, beach meetings and lots more. There are people of all ages, men and women, mostly British but other nationalities too.
They also have recommendations on there of people who rent out their properties, english butchers, tradesmen etc,
Good luck with your search, and stay safe at this time.
