Which mortgage providers are considered the best in Spain?.

I am employed, British national who has lived in NL for 10 years with my Dutch wife and 3 kids. We are planning a move to Spain and I would like to know more about which banks are considered the best, which mortgage lenders are considered the best and also any info about getting a residencia. I have a global role and I will simply relocate to our spanish office with the same company, therefore I am fully employed with a permanent contract. I will be remunerated in Spain and therefore pay spanish taxes.
