What is best company to provide fast internet/broadband in the El Campello area?

All from Aeromax. Good service and speeds. Don't know of fibre optic locally. Alex.

Hi. We used Movistar to get us started with phone and internet. They were very efficient and installed fibre optic right to the house within a matter of days. The phone (fixed and mobile plus broadband and TV (Spanish) cost us €50 per month as an introductory offer. Shop in Bartolome was very helpful. Our permanence with the contract is now over and we don't use the TV so we will be looking to change supplier when we can get back to Spain.

If you want fast internet / broadband I can recommend Masmovil. I've used them since February 2017 when they installed ADSL (10Mbps), about a year later they contacted me and offered a free fibre upgrade (50Mbps up and down). Within a couple of days an engineer came and installed fibre from the socket in the living room to the main fibre connection box in the basement (I'm on the 9th floor of an apartment block). Last year they contacted me and asked if I wanted a free upgrade to 100Mbps (up and down) with a c. 3€ per month reduction in price. I said yes and the upgrade was implemented remotely within 12 hours.

I've been in the UK since lockdown and Masmovil have a temporary suspension capability whereby you can suspend the service for up to 90 days per annum and obtain a 50% reduction in bills. I merely contacted them on Facebook Messenger and they sorted out the temporary suspension.

They have a shop in El Campello and the staff have been very helpful. They took delivery of my router before I bought the apartment so I could immediately work from home on the day I arrived.

If you live in an apartment there is a good chance you will be able to get fibre. If you live in a house or in a less populated area you may not.
