My wife and our neighbour use a hairdressers called Kutz in Campello.

The address is Carrer Sant Bartomeu, 35, 03560 El Campello, Alicante. This is next to the underground car park, just up the slope on the left. The ladies are called Joanne and Karmen. Hours:

My wife Belinda, and a lot of people from Busot use them. There is also a Hairdresser in Busot called Sally's, they speak English.I remember you said that you were not on Facebook, but there is a restaurant called Mandarina English garden  Vicente Blasco Ibañez Street, 03560 El Campello 965 563 306 They are I believe are run by English ladies, so might be able to point you in the right direction for meeting other Ladies.

The Mandarin English Garden Cafe in Campello (Main park) is a great place to meet people. They have spanish classes and lots of different types of get togethers!

Also you could consider Charlie's Den which is a cafe, mainly visited by people from the UK. As far as I know they offer Spanish workshops. The owner is friendly and will advise.
