Vueling additional travel documents - those submitted rejected - and can't get boarding passes??

...to say there is no-one answering the phones at Vueling so we have no idea what we can do as we can't get our boarding passes without their 'approval'???  It's a bit crazy as at least the Spanish health care system's qr code worked perfectly coming here!

Any help would be welcome!

Just a bit stressful getting the rejections from Vueling - and literally having no-one to contact. No-one answered their phone number nor Twitter account..

For anyone who is flying Vueling there is also a paper form that they make you fill in on the plane supposedly for the French authorities (even though we'd already filled in the required honour statement).  So a word of advice: make sure you have a pen with you on board!

...others will come across this new request of additional documents required in order to book in online. Passport details entered fine it’s just the other documents I have had problems with.

...em but they were pretty useless.. Still never got a reply from Vueling (I even contacted them by Twitter). 

I hope it all worked out well... just doesn't add to a relaxing trip when you're stressing out beforehand!!

Hi. Yes  thank you it all worked out fine.  I just showed bar codes and certificates of test results at the Vueling check in desk at Alicante airport. It was very stressful tho trying to upload all the codes for three of us prior to online booking.
