Wanted to buy or rent an 1-2 bedroomed apartment/townhouse in close proximity of amenities or on a bus route.
We are not having a lot of luck with agents, so trying a forum.
We should be arriving in Spain early March but can come earlier if required.

I would suspect the reason you are having no luck with Agent is you are in UK, Any property you view online may be gone when you arrive, Do not be pressured into buying by videos, Agent will not tell you about Barking dogs or it close proximity to waste bins or untidy property nearby, these are issues that can only be seen by been on the ground,

Yes you need to be here ! It sounds like you don't want the property until at least March and they won't keep a property that long. The landlord wants rent straight away !
