As "R" has suggested, you need to go your nearest Guardia Civil police station and make a "denuncia", reporting Louise Moss for her fraudulent actions - take all evidence with you, e.g. copies of correspondence, emails, texts, etc. which prove that you have severed the business relationship with her, including dated screen shots that prove she continues to market your property without your consent.

Other villa owners have tried this her company is registered in England at companies house so Spain won’t get involved and companies house do not investigate fraud so I guess I now need to try another avenue in England.

As suggested I have kept evidence of things to back my case but was just trying to reach out another way also. We have even spoken with Eddies car rentals as she would recommend them to clients and have just had a conversation with someone coming here but there was only the one. I do not know what she will do so as suggested by R I am not aiding and abetting her antics but purely trying to warn anyone in the event that she may still be trying to scam people. I am one of many and she did all these things to some of them end of last year so obviously people have not found it so easy to stop her but let’s hope that now she has no more villas to rent and knows people are on her case she will have the integrity to stop herself!! Thanks for advise though.

Hello Kib58. I gave advice on your post.This happens a great deal on this forum, people knowing the facts at there end but only putting half a story up. To the best of your knowledge does this person live in Spain or England? Is she a resident in Spain? If so my advice stands firm. She has a website in Spain, I have checked however its been closed down. To save me time give me the UK  companies House Registration number allocated to her,  also the company names this person trades under. I am not interested if she has LTD Companies, the law was changed,  Directors are more legally bound in liabilities now. You obviously have them. Yes she may be charged with fraud full stop. Trading standards certainly would become involved. People would have paid deposits etc through their bank or credit cards which are very easily traced and in some respects people may even be refunded. The people that have been conned by this person name wise could be traced by the British Fraud Squad. Not a complicated matter. I have a total dislike to people that con people in life.  Do not take offence at my words either. I gave advice on the wording in your post. You may want to warn people of this nasty person however please do the decent thing and forward to me the details I have asked for. I will make the appropriate telephone calls and end this persons disgusting trait, also release you from the embarrassment of your property being advertised, also some other poor soul being conned out of monies, even worse if a family have saved up to have a holiday with their children to find out it was all a scam. Some people are simply the pits.  I am busy helping someone at the moment, my focus is on a couple who need help. I await the details from you. Thankyou. R.

If her company is registered in the UK, this matter is much easier to deal with - as "R" has said, report her to the British police, and as you've identified one person who was defrauded(?), get them to report it too; ideally, ask them if you can include their details as a witness, as well as a victim.

Have you also shared this on Facebook?  Despite its shortcomings, it's a fantastic medium for spreading messages far and wide, and quickly, but keep the warning factual.
