I live on Oasis Beach xii and postcode is 03149.
Since we moved in I’ve not received any post but did get a parcel delivered by “Seur” so address is correct
I’m waiting for my S1 certificate which was requested 2nd November and the ONS day was sent on 15th November! Is there a local post office it might be held at?

Double check on any utility bills if you have any as that will show the correct format for your address, we had exactly the same problem parcel deliveries ok but not post.
Seems because we were quoting the Urbanisation name and phase this was complicating things for Correos as they follow the map in city hall.
Now we just have to quote the Calle name, mail drop number then Casa number, no Urbanisation name or phase number.
We are now going to get ourselves a mailbox as it will ensure we definitely get our mail, parcels can also be delivered to the mail box so saving the bother of waiting in.
The postal service here is a bit of a nightmare to say the least.

2 suggestions for you, ask a neighbour if there is a communal place that mail gets delivered to or go to the Correos in Guardamar....here is a link with information
