60+ dutch couple now living in Xabia, secure monthly income, looking for reliable long term rental preferable in Golf Badia.
2 bed- 2 bathroom, semi-detached house with garden or ground floor appartment has our preference. Sunny and light (south facing) would be nice.
Any tips or recommendations are welcome.
