I have answered many angry Spanish bank customers with my experience of changing in 2019 from greedy Sabadell bank to Cajamar bank opening a "weferrent" online account. I have not been charged a cent in fees since and extremely happy with their service. Please research all the previous posts in Banking to get more info and visit their website. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Open a Transferwise (now called Wise) account. Then add one of their borderless accounts to it. The borderless account gives you a Belgian IBAN which is what I use to pay all of my DD's. Looking at other previous posts it appears that many have not been able to change over the Utillity (Electric , Water ,Suma ,Community) bills from their original bank to WiseTransfer as the Utillity website will not accept the new bank details of WiseTransfer. Anyone been successful in transferring their details Online?
