Hello Mgroen61, there is a long established Real Estate office in Hondon Valley called HONDON VILLAS who also use to deal with longterm rentals.

Try bigger than local estate agent. Than you are able to negotiate better price and you get safe (legal) contract. Search Costa Blanca estate agents, they are multilingual agencies which will be happy to help you. Be aware there are individuals scamming unaware people. Before you hand over any money, discuss with your independent lawyer, not the one which agency suggests.Good luck!
