6 month rental with pool

We have been spending summer months in Turkey, but think a change is required after 5 years. We would need a 2 bed /1bath ground floor apt prefer pool , or near beach not too far from airport 30/45 mins , with shops and restaurants too hand or close by. Would start May 2018 , if renting is cost effective, could extend period , thanks Ray .
