Of course they do, to prove this you have received replies to your previous posts.
However, you should be aware that the Costa Blanca covers a large area and you have chosen to purchase a dwelling in a small town, away from the areas where most British live. I made a similar choice.
My advice to you would be speak to your neighbours and ask if they have had work done by electricians, joiners or whichever trade you are seeking. In my experience, my Spanish neighbours have been more than happy to recommend, and introduce, people for the work I've needed doing. Thus far I've not had any problem with this approach.
