is there a way of finding out what properties have sold for

Hi i am looking in the La finca golf resort to buy a property, there is a very varied difference in pricing for a 2 bedroom property,I have asked and been told its buyers and what they think the property is worth which causes the differences.also the position of some whihc i can understand as some do have premuim positions but otherwise i just want to see if there is a way of checking im not offering over the top.
Is there a way of seeing past sold prices just to get a idea of what apartments have sold for recently.
