Hello,

You can contact me in private, maybe I can help with the bank.

Do you have a resident account?

You need to go in to your bank periodically to prove your ID. All Spanish banks are the same.

If your ID has expired they will stop paying direct debits etc, until you have visited the branch with in date ID.

The electricity companies are fairly quick in cutting the supply if a payment get missed.

Visit your bank asap.

Before you considered moving banks, or employing solicitors or any other paid professional assistance you should have talked to your bank directly, you must have done this already, surely you have ? .
And asked them what’s gone wrong, then take it from there. But you don’t provide any detail regarding any communications with your bank. Ask them why they have done this !. The other strange thing is that you say you already have a solicitor working on this, the first thing any reasonable solicitor would do is “contact your bank”.

Hello Gus, I agree with all other posters replies - contact your bank asap.

Just for my information & as I live locally  -- Do you mean you live in Vinamar 6 as your post said vinegar 6, or is it somewhere else?

Cheers
