Hi folks we're over for a short break and just came back to the apartment to find no water coming through. Everything was fine when we went out but now nothing. Can anyone advise please as a matter of urgency. Is the water off generally or have we a problem?. Issue being we don't know what to do or who to approach?

Sorry to ask the obvious but have you checked if it is turned off at your meter or at your stopcock. If not contact your water company.
Thanks for your speedy reply, we're all up to date with payments. It has just started to come through again. We did hear a car with speaker announcement this morning but didn't catch it so maybe water was just off for a while. The joy of being a non resident in Spain, great if all is good but snookered if a problem :-)
