Hi,

If you go direct to the notary instead of a gestor it's a lot cheaper, cutting out the middle man.

We used the notary in Almoradí a few years ago and found them very efficient. If you're worried about the language they do speak English.

Just do what we did to start the ball rolling, send an email stating what you want and they'll take it from there.

We used that same firm too, very efficient and nice that all dialogue was in English.
