Terrible service from TV Hotadade/Only Fibra

I signed up with this company for english tv and WiFi wanted to do back in January but they had no boxes so couldn’t take order - finally managed to sign up on 4th April as slow boat from China must have arrived - now at 18th June and still not installed as engineer but couldn’t do as problem with connections - had electrician back out and he tested whilst I stood over him and they were live - been since 4th June to get them to come back out and can’t get through in phone - the shop in la Zenia boulevard won’t assist and no answering emails ......so what do you do when there the provider for my postcode which is right by the shopping boulevard???
