Tvhoradada - netflix

Hi
we are living close to la zenia boulevard and have fiber with tvhoradad. since last week my ip adress is blocked. when speaking to tvhorada they send me to netflix. netflix is sending me back to tvhoradada, they tell me that a whole range of ip adresses of them has been blocked and it impacts a lot of customers. until now nobody could help me.. who has the same problem ?
