Buses trains hotels in Madrid

Morning All

Could someone help me ??.I will be going to Madrid for a few days on the way home to the UK do the trains go to Madrid from where in La Zenia and buses to train station , and also where is the bus that goes to Alicante bus station go from in La Zenia as I know the bus goes to Madrid .Also does any one know of a hotel in Madrid not to expensive but obviously clean very close to the train station as my next journey is the train to Santander by train

Hi

I think your easiest option is first to catch a bus from La Zenia Boulevard to Alicante - you can search for them here https://regular.autobusing.com/info?empresa=costa-azul&locale=es (the Boulevard is listed as "c.c.boulevar Zenia" in the drop-down list).

Then get a local taxi from Alicante bus station to the train station - it's not far.

Then a train to Madrid - search here https://www.renfe.com/es/es

Hello

I can tell you, there is a direct bus to Madrid that leaves from Torrevieja Bus Station ..... it is approx a 6 --6 1/2 hr journey & my friend took the overnight bus a few years go . Look at ALSA bus timetable.
