hi I have a Gaggia Classic coffee machine and I think the pump has packed up, anyone know of anywhere I can take it? please. I am in the La zenia area

Hopefully someone with local knowledge will help you but, if not, I'd ask in a Tien 21 shop - I'm sure they'd be able to refer you to someone.

Perhaps it's only the gasket that needs to be replaced. There are special repair shops for small household appliances in Torrevieja and Elche. I would not rely on any sales shop, as usually they do not even carry any spare parts.
