Nicola - I know the Valencian Community used to have a regulation which allowed people who weren't eligible for a full SIP card to be issued with a temporary card, allowing partial health cover for a limited duration. However, I thought they'd dropped that entitlement; in part because it was costing too much money, although some health centres were ignoring the change and still issuing temporary SIP cards
Am I wrong about this, and do you know the number of the regulation that still permits it?

Unfortunately FrenchMartini, I know only too well that you are being rude - and a hurried after-thought from your original post doesn’t disguise that. You may believe that a change of name distances you from your previous contributions to this forum, but I remember you in your former guise as NC13, favouring emotional language to abuse and dismiss the opinions of other forum members, and putting your words in the mouths of others. So, please:
1. don’t make assumptions about my intentions;
2. don’t assume that other forum members are incapable of taking on board factual information. Some people like to have a full picture of the facts, so that they can make informed decisions.
I know you prefer to see everything through your own lens of assumption and personal opinion, but let’s look at the facts: the number of ‘Helpful’ votes I have received from forum members as a percentage of my total number of posts is just over 88%. Yours is less than 47%.

Ah but, Kimmy, you don't know how many years ago it was that she looked in the mirror!
Sorry, Nicola - couldn't resist that.
And if you girls (the two alpha females on the forum) keep having a go at one another, I'll be asking Jan to stop any further posts on this thread. Seriously, neither of you are doing yourselves any favours, grit your teeth, let it go, and stop posting in this thread.

Thanks, Nicola, I was expecting something like that.
I don't know about any guidelines, but I'll ask at my doctor's next time I'm in, to try and find out what their rules are. At some point I'll do another search of the Valencian database, to try and find out what the current legislation is.

I was at our favourite butchers - Only Meat - (to stock up on Barnsley chops, properly matured rump steak, venison, Cumberland sausage etc) at 8.00 this morning, but didn't think that sort of time would impress you!
Off topic, if anyone wants good meat, then that's the place to go to.
