I assume you mean employment.

Firstly are you a UK or an EU passport holder and do you live in Spain now?

The answer to those two questions will give you better quality answers and information.

If you are UK passport holders you will need to apply for a visa to move to Spain.

EU passport holders is a different outcome.

Yes we are looking for employment as registered nurses we hold Irish passports so don’t have to apply for visa. We are in the process of moving to la zenia with the view to buy a property but currently still in Northern Ireland .

Even though you have Irish passports you still have to register for residency within 90 day of arrival in Spain and meet all the residency requirements.

Although you are Irish Passport holders and therefore have freedom of movement within the EU/EEA. I assume being from Northern Ireland you have worked and paid both tax and National Insurance to the UK authorities as Norther Ireland is part of the UK. In your circumstances you should follow the advice and guidance issued by the UK for living in Spain and obviously ignoring any references to visa application etc. The following link may be of help to you:

Below is a link to the Irish Embassy in Spain Website for Irish Nationals wishing to reside in Spain and procedures to follow:
