Hi, does anyone know the opening times for the drivers medical test centre in Alfa, and is it necessary to make an appointment.

I don't know your area, but none of the centres in my area even offer the means of making an appointment. Your test centre don't have a website, so I doubt it would be possible to find the opening times without a visit. As regards the test centres near me, it's quietest to go along when they open after siesta, at 4.30 or 5.00, depending on the centre.
