We  changed them all to Spanish plugs when we got here and all seems to be working fine.

Be careful buying electrical plugs from Chinese shops some are sub standard even if they do have a CE mark.

Something like TV has a cable that you can change, the conector on the TV side is the same all arround the world . You can buy for 3€ the full cable with Spanish connector.  I would cut the plug from the toaster and buy new spanish plug. It is a work that take 5 minutes each.

I wouldn’t bother to bring small cheaper appliances, ie toaster etc, most well known makes can be bought perfectly reasonably from, say, Carrefour, although beware really cheap ones from the Chinese shops. Good quality and bigger items can have plugs changed quite easily.
