Hi my house is in San Rafael. I am considering applying for full time residency. Can anyone recommend a good gestor in alfaz either old or new town, that speaks good English and may be able to help us with this process  if we decide to proceed.  Thankyou

Hi Stephie, not sure if you are living in Spain or considering relocation to Spain, but applying for Residencia isn't something you should "think about", it's a legal requirement after 90 days consecutive residence in Spain.

Can't recommend a gestors as I don't know any but I can very highly recommend a firm of english Solicitors in Albir.

www.expresslegalsolicitors.com

The firm is owned and ran by two English lady solicitors who sorted all our residency no problem.

What did they overcharge you for?

I've been happily using them for years.

Can you elaborate on your answer?
