We planted this climber about 7 years ago. We’ve had the lovely white flowers throughout and this year also this fruit. Does anyone know what the climber is called and surely the fruit isn’t edible?

Hi,

It's called Stephanotis floribunda also commonly known as plastic jasmine.  As you already know they're hardy and smell beautiful.  The "fruit" are just big seed pods, wouldn't advise eating them :-)
