Hi everyone,

Could anyone please tell me what voltage the pylons carry running through Lo Crispin and has anyone encountered health issue living near to them?

Thanks 😊

Over many decades there have been countless scientific investigations into alleged health risks both from HV overhead electricity cables and lower voltage domestic installations but to my knowledge, and I spent a career working in the field, none have managed to demonstrate anything of any substance or concern, similarly mobile phone masts.

If you're looking for the cause of an ailment look elsewhere.

Not in Lo Crispin but we live yards from such a pylon. Voltage 1000+ according to my OH.
We have lived here several years and have suffered no ill effects  .
As stated above, there is no proof health problems are caused by pylons and overhead lines.

Maybe never been conclusively proved but very fair to say there is evidence.

Not wishing to cause offence but I have read  the linked item and it admits there is no proven link. It also states that sunburn can cause the same effects. This is basically an advertisement for a testing service.
