Hi

I  believe Los Altos has full fibre internet available. Contact https://olecomunicacion.net/ and ask. If they say they don't cover your property, then try https://www.avatel.es/

We have Avatel and are happy with them.

For TV, you might be better to use an Amazon Fire stick or similar ie get your TV through the internet. Alternatively, you could get a satellite dish (which has no monthly charges).

Hope I've helped!

Steve
