Occasional gardener
Hi! Everyone, just completed on a house in los Altos, our immediate problem was when my husband and son in law arrived at the property to check it over before going to the notary the adjoining neighbour came out to complain about the state of the hedge and the leaves in her garden. The estate agent kindly explained the house had been empty for a year and we were about to purchase it.
After the completion when my husband and son in law returned someone had kindly cut the hedge and bagged the trimmings up. The two of them immediately set upon clearing the garden.
What I am wondering does anyone know of someone who would go around to the property every month or two when we are not there and keep the hedge tidy.
We don't want problems with our Spanish neighbours before we even holiday there.
