Hi I’ve wanted to move to Spain for years but now kids have grown up I feel time is right. Seriously thinking of giving my job up and going. I was wondering what the chances are of getting a job in Los Altos or surrounding area either in retail or bar/restaurant work. Are jobs quite hard to come by ?

It depends on your financial needs! Are you prepared to work for 6€ an hour? Do you speak any languages?
I am trying to learn Spanish just now. I guessed wages would be low but yes I would work for that. it would just be to help cost of staying and ideally upto 30 hours a week at most, as I would like to enjoy a bit of sun too. I work 12 hour shifts in uk so be nice to relax as well
