Does anyone know if the 10% fee when buying property is negotiable?

If buying a resale, the figure is nearer to 13%.

This is mostly tax.

A small percentage (around 3% ?) is solicitors' fees.

The 10% tax is not negotiable  its a regional fee like stamp duty in the UK. Then you add 2-3 % on top for sols and legal costs. So always always add 13% onto the potential purchase price

Hi

The if you mean the payment when buying a property the the 10% is TAX so not negotiable.  On top of that you will have your solicitor and notary costs, NIE (if you don't already have it), etc.
