Hi all hope you are ok could someone help please we have read that if we live in a municipality of 5000 residents or less that we can exercise anytime of day , we live in Los Dolses and wondered if we come into that category thank you Raydar
I asked the same question about La Zenia and the answer is that both your area and mine comes under Orihuela Costa which has a population of around 20000 so we are stuck with 1km from our place of residence during the time slots.

Ref the 5,000 population ruling, I was curious as to whether Mudamiento, which belongs to Orihuela, is treated as a barrio in it's own right.
I checked with the National Statistic Institute and am pleased that it is. That means I can go for a walk early in the morning before the day heats up.
If anyone else wants to check similarly, enter the name of your barrio in the INE website. If it finds no results, then it means you belong to somewhere larger. If it does find a result, check what the population figure is.
