I have just had my online bank changed to CaxiabankNow but am having problems logging in. It is asking for my DNI number with a letter. Does anyone know what this is? I am non-resident so not sure what to input? Many thanks.
We had to put in our passport numbers to log in.
I have a Bankia account that was changed to Caixa. The changeover happened this week- the caixa app auto filled the passwords I had on my old account. Before the change I was getting the message about DNI number. If you are a transfer from Bankia, might be worth trying again with your old Bankia login details.

Thanks I got in from passport number. We were with bankia so it worked with passport and old password.

The DNI is the identity item for Spanish citizens (i.e. indigenous people) and the equivalent for immigrant people is the NIE.
