Can anyone please help me as wanting to know what percentage is it you can build on rustica land in Los Montesinos?
The plot I am looking at is approximately 18000 sq metres and currently has a property of 200 sq metres that I am wanting to extend.

Your council (Urbanismo) will tell you where and what can be done.

The best advice from Killjoy. Every town has different by laws. Whatever the area, bear in mind that the total area may include the sum of all outbuildings, carports, sheds etc. The other thing to bear in mind is that if you are allowed to build an area of 300 sq mts, this could may be built as a basement, ground floor and upper floor giving you a total of 900 sq mts.
