I have not got a water bill for this past 9 weeks how often do I get bills

We are with Aquilla and it's every 2 month we get the bill

Our water company is Hidraqua and the bills are provided once a quarter.

Same here not had a water bill or any amount taken out yet, they came about 2 weeks ago to read the meters but as yet no payment taken from bank.

adding on to that, I think that you are offered an option as to frequency of bills with Hidraqua.
