My sister had problems trying all sorts of reference numbers, we found her's on the email with the original invoice, as part of the invoice, not the email header/title bit. HOpe that helps.

If you’re flying with Jet 2 they could have changed your flight to a non direct flight, which has become fairly common for Friday flights.

Thanks for your suggestion, yes I’m using 24 hour clock have found a helpline will try that tomorrow , had enough for one day😟

That’s the correct times, when using 24hr clock system automatically puts in the dot, will try again today, someone said there was a problem with the UK site?

There is a helpline that you can call if the problems persist, I copied the info below from the UK Gov site.
