Thank you for your help, I am tearing my hair out, I have put in ref number and date of arrival but when I put in time of flight arrival it says invalid time?

My sister had problems trying all sorts of reference numbers, we found her's on the email with the original invoice, as part of the invoice, not the email header/title bit.  HOpe that helps.

Are you putting in the exact time that the flight is scheduled to arrive and using the 24 hour clock?

Where are you flying to and with which airline?

If you’re flying with Jet 2 they could have changed your flight to a non direct flight, which has become fairly common for Friday flights.

Lynn
