Life in Los Montesinos

Hi everyone

My husband and I are thinking of buying an apartment in Los Montesinos with a view to eventually moving there on at least a semi permanent basis. We love the fact that the area seems to have a smaller, community feel yet is close enough to the coast and Alicante airport to be very handy too.

Can you let us know what you think are both the positives and negatives of living there are please?

It is lovely my brother lives there and it has a really nice square very friendly and as you say not far from the coast etc

We moved back in May to La Solana (Orihuela Costa) and most our friends are in Los Montesinos, as my cousin has a property there. It’s a very nice and quiet town and the people are really friendly.
