Hi I’m new to this forum and hoping someone is able to advise me. I am leaving the UK the middle of September and currently seeking a short term rental until the home I’m purchasing in Los Montesinos is completed. Until now I’ve found long term rentals or holiday lets, which I found a little costly. I’m seeking 2 beds property.

Hello Ade and welcome to the site. I'm replying mainly because nobody else has and I don't want you to feel ignored, but I think your problem may be connected to tenancy laws re what constitutes a holiday or long term let. It may help if you have some idea of the timescale and if you are looking for something furnished or not. Have you tried contacting some local estate agents who do rentals who could explain things to you and hopefully find a solution.
